You must notify us of your cancellation via email or visit us before 6pm on the 24th October or your first payment will be deducted from your account on the 25th October.

Memberships are available to anyone 18 years and over. Anyone 16 or 17 years of age MUST have a parent or guardian present to sign their membership form before first workout. This must be done during staffed hours which are Mon to Fri 9am and 7pm and Saturday 8-12pm. Anyone 14 or 15 years of age MUST have a parent or guardian present to sign their membership form before first workout and can only train within staffed hours.
