360 Fitness is your local gym based at the Eastridge shopping Centre, Mission Bay. Our gym, with new, state of the art equipment, classes and knowledgeable, friendly staff and Personal Trainers will motivate, inspire and challenge you to remain healthy and fit.

We understand that everyone’s fitness needs and lifestyles are different. We are open 24 hours a day so you can fit your gym visits into your day, at a time that suits you.

Our expert team will make sure you’re working out in the best way for your body shape, current level of fitness and physiology to help you succeed.

We are a locally owned gym and are committed to providing our local community with a gym where you can find experts, good quality equipment and an environment where you feel comfortable and encouraged.

Who We Are

360 Fitness is owned by Brent Mayhew and Anna Williams and is part of Mayhew Industries Limited. Brent and Anna have over 20 years experience between them in business operations, sales and marketing, presenting, personal training , food technology, nutrition and health and wellness and both started off in the industry working at gyms.

Brent’s background in strength and conditioning has seen him set up and deliver his own Sports Conditioning programme to Auckland Youth Football players, run his own Personal Training and Rehabilitation business and work as the regional franchise manager for one of Australasian’s biggest gym chains in Western Australia.

Anna is a qualified nutritionist who has worked in product development, programme management and tutored and assessed on nutrition and personal training courses in the U.K. Currently Anna works for New Zealand's top nutrition and dietetics consultancy Mission Nutrition where she see's clients, runs supermarket tours and frequently presents around the country at companies such as Fonterra, Watercare, ANZ and Trustpower to name a few. Anna also see’s clients at Urban Athlete a physio practice in Auckland’s CBD.

Luke has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years. He has travelled, lived and worked all over the globe, pursuing his passion for adventure and the natural world. Luke specialises is 30 min sessions that make training cost and time effective. His real skill is understanding and connecting with his clients, while making exercising fun, challenging and progressive.

Lukes strives to keep clients motivated and challenged by using a wide variety of training methods from swissball core training, to high intensity interval circuts and many many more which all lead to desired results.

ABOUT DANIEL

Daniel Madison recently moved to Auckland from San Diego, California. Over the past two years, Daniel held the position of Master Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness in the United States where he serviced over 2500+ sessions.  He has a Kinesiology Degree with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy from San Diego State University.  Therefore, Daniel has the knowledge and experience to help fix various injuries and chronic pain. Not only can he assist you with your injuries but can help you lose fat and gain lean muscle tissue while correcting any postural issues. He looks forward to experiencing New Zealand and helping 360fitness members achieve their fitness goals.

ABOUT CATE

Cate is our lovely and super organised front of house representative at 360 Fitness. Cate comes from a design and management background but when she started training with Luke in October 2014 at 360 Fitness that all changed, she found a love for a whole new industry and qualified with her personal training certificate 3 and 4 from NZIHF and became our club host in Dec 2014. Cate can help you with questions about your membership, booking in group fitness or personal training, registering for future events or any questions or feedback you may have about the gym.

What We Offer

A focus on what will work for you

When you join we get to know what your needs and requirements are based on your training and health goals, from there we will match you with the right service or induction process to get the most of of your 360 Fitness membership.

24 hour access & free wifi

Our gym is open 24 hours so you can workout at a time that suits you, we also have free wifi for all our members. We have reception staff based in the gym during these times:
Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 7pm
Friday 8:30am - 6pm
Saturday 8am - 12pm

Equipment and facilities

Our recently renovated gym is light and bright with new, top of the range equipment and everything you expect from your gym. We have plenty of equipment so at peak times you'll be able to still complete your workout comfortably.
We have a separate weights, cardio and stretching area as well as a group fitness space. We also have shower facilities and lockers to use during your visit.

Getting started and staying on track

We provide all of our new and current members with courtesy calls and are more than happy to help update programmes and show members new exercises. We are also always updating our group fitness schedule based on our members feedback.

Train With Us

Group Training

Do you want to burn calories, tone and increase your energy levels? Join our friendly, enthusiastic instructors for one of our many group training classes. These classes will compliment the work you are doing in the gym and will help keep you focused and motivated.

We offer a range of classes - from Indoor Cycling to stretching - throughout the week, so you can choose a class and time that works for you.

Indoor Cycling

Get fitter, tone up and have fun in this 50 minute high tempo, group cycling class. Our instructors will take you on the ride of your life, over hills, energizing sprints with the fun and excitement of a race day. Combine indoor cycling with flex and roll for the complete workout and recovery experience.

360 Hiit

This 50 minute fitness class is fun, motivating and challenging. Bodyweight and light equipment training working all major muscle groups while gaining a significant cardiovascular blast. HIIT high intensity interval training is working at high heart rate for specific time frames seperated by efforts at lower intensities, well known for it’s fat burning potential and impressive ability to get you in the best shape of your life. NB – not for the faint hearted this class is for those who have been training for at least 3 months.

Abs and core

A strong core will not only help you look and feel slimmer, it's essential to preventing back pain and injury. This quick class will ensure you're working your abs correctly and is a perfect addition to your cardio or weights workout.

Flex and roll

The unsung heroes of an effective workout - stretching and foam rolling. This express class will help you to get a deeper, more targeted stretch and this combined with foam rolling (self-myofascial release: using a foam roller to essentially self-massage), will release tension and tightness helping you to prevent injury and increase your mobility. Especially perfect for runners or post-workout.

Walking Group

Make friends and get fit by joining the Eastridge Shopping Centre walking group open to the whole community. Simply meet outside 360 Fitness at 9:15am, and we'll start our beautiful walk around the bays led by Personal Trainer Nas Taylor. Afterwards you're welcome to come and join us for a free coffee and chat at The Coffee Club Eastridge. We look forward to seeing you there.

Personal Training

Do I need a personal trainer? Our trainers take a holistic approach to their client's health and wellbeing, whether you have a weight loss goal, an injury concern or would like to take your training to the next level, the 360 Fitness personal training group can help you achieve these goals in the best possible way, backed by years of experience.

We have a select group of specialist personal trainers at 360 Fitness who specialise in:

How much does a session cost?

Our personal trainers all charge different rates dependent on their years of experience and speciality. For new members we offer a PT starter pack where you'll receive three 45 minute sessions for $120 - a saving of $90 on the usual price for that number of sessions*.
